Each person's journey through this time is unique. At Olive Grove Hospice, we are committed to providing a meaningful experience that will bring support when needed most.
There are several ways we offer support, including:
Providing personal care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), pain and symptom management.
We provide individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients and their loved ones.
Social workers available for patients and their loved ones, providing support in preparation for the end-of-life.
Spiritual care can help individuals find peace and meaning at the end of life.
Eliminate repeated visits to the emergency room by proactively addressing concerns in the home setting.
Patient and family-directed care planning is encouraged to ensure a genuinely person-centered experience.
Collaboratively approach our communication with physicians and other care professionals involved in the care plan.
Medication & Medical Equipment
We will help coordinate the ordering and delivery of all your medication and medical supply needs. We cover all medications related to the admitting diagnosis as well as those that aid with pain management, bowel elimination and most mental health and associated behaviors. The pharmacy we utilize is able to provide solutab medications, which are easier to administer at the end-of-life, especially with patients who experience difficulty swallowing.
In addition to managing all of your medication needs, hospice is also able to cover your medical supply needs. Hospice covers medical equipment such as oxygen, hospital beds, portable bed side tables, and transfer equipment.
Our team is always available to help navigate your various medication and medical equipment needs. We understand how important this is to our patients and their loved ones and have teams standing by to assist.

Olive Grove Hospice has partnered with We Honor Veterans (WHV), a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs. This partnership provides our team with resources that help us better serve our Veterans.
